Approach

Corporate transactions are high impact events in complex and dynamic environments. Digitalization, increased transparency and more educated participants have changed the market landscape over the past decade. Companies increasingly insource mission critical transaction elements for efficiency, confidentiality, price and other reasons. As a result, sophisticated in-house deal teams have emerged with more demand for situation-specific capabilities, execution-centric services and access to additional resources in peak times compared to "traditional" advisory work.

Our advisory services have been designed to best address such developments. We build our offering upon and complement our client’s individual capabilities and resources. Our solutions are characterized by the highest quality and a degree of flexibility with a depth and breadth of services beyond the typical offering of traditional financial advisors. We deliver our services on multi layers (advisory, execution and support), on a modular basis (transactions, projects or elements thereof) and in a wide array of situations.

On the principal investment side, market conditions have led to large amounts of capital from diverse sources competing for investments. High quality assets have become scarce while value creation potential is more limited. Therefore, we focus on niche opportunities where companies seek to remain independent backed by smart capital from an entrepreneurial partner with true long-term perspective.
